Sherry Lopez- Scardino, a San Francisco native and owner of Skin Basics Studio attended Skyline College for her skincare training and received her Aesthetics license in May 2001.
She continues to further her education with courses to keep up with the ever changing world of skincare. Sherry's experience includes a short time at Benefit Cosmetics (SF- Chestnut Street location) where she learned the art of perfecting the brow and ignited her interest in makeup.
She has worked in a local Day Spa where she was fortunate to mentor under a talented European Aestheticia. In 2003, Sherry opened her own skincare studio in Burlingame on Primrose Road. In Septmeber 2007, she moved to Chapin Avenue with her sister, Nancy, of De Colores Hair Studio.
She believes that great skin begins with nutrition (inside out) and is maintained with knowledge of ingredients and professional grade products. Her personal interests include bikram yoga, spending time with her daughter, husband, & family, and staying busy.

Located in lovely downtown Burlingame, 1 block from Burlingame Avenue. There is usually plenty of metered street parking, so be sure to bring some quarters with you. Skin Basics Studio now has a store front location and is shared with De Colores Hair Studio (Nancy also works by appointment only (650) 344 - 3363

APPOINTMENTS/CANCELLATIONS
I do my best to confirmation appointments prior to your appointment. I do ask for a 24-hour notice for any changes or cancellations. Failure to provide notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s).

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED
Current forms of acceptable payment personal checks, cash, and Master Card/Visa.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Different designs for many occasions available at the studio for all salon services and products. Original gift certificate must be present for redemption and cannot be redeemed for cash value.
